I’m Nicky, owner and founder of Priory Green Bakery. I created my business in 2016 following a 20 year career in London working in Event Management and Corporate Hospitality.

I love living and working in rural Suffolk, often taking inspiration from the countryside for my designs and sugar paste flowers. Myself and my husband love our gardening and walking our cocker spaniels, Ruby & Amber. 

Couples are warmly welcomed to my home to discuss the design and planning of their wedding cake as well as sampling a range of cake options in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

With a background in Art and Design and a passion for baking and fine detail, Priory Green Bakery has allowed me to fulfil a personal ambition.

Nothing excites me more than using my skills to create and design your luxury wedding cake for you and your guests to enjoy. 

As a foodie and romantic, I believe that ‘life shouldn’t just be lived but celebrated’ and that the cake should take centre stage!
